How does it work?
You will earn Free Swipes™ for EVERY dollar spent at Ensar Oud. The amount of Free Swipes™ you earn depends in the Oud oils purchased. Once your total Swipes™ balance reaches an amount equal to any of the selected Oud oils from our catalogue, you may claim that bottle straight away.
For example, if you order a bottle of Borneo Kinam for $550, you will earn 550 Swipes™. This means that you have $55 worth of store credit to use toward a free bottle of Oud.
Once your have earned $190 worth of credit, you qualify to claim a free bottle of Oud with a price equal to, or less than, your Swipes™ balance. In this case, you can claim a free bottle of Irian Emerald, priced at $189.95. If you have any remaining Swipes™, they will simply be carried over to your new balance.
Of course, you can continue to accumulate your Free Swipes™ until you have enough to claim the Oud you desire, with no time limit by which to use them.
 As you know, our Artisanal Oud Oils™ have been known to reach Legend status quickly. Feel free to reserve your favorite bottle in advance to ensure that it has your name on it! We are happy to reserve your bottle for up to 3 months.

- Do I have to register for Free Swipes™?
No. We will automatically create a Swipes account for you the first time you order. We will update your Swipes status each time you place a new order.
- How many Free Swipes™ will I receive per Oud oil?
We've created a table above to make calculations easier for you. Email Thomas Kruger at tkruger@oriscent.com if you have any queries.
- I've been saving all year round to redeem my favorite Oud oil but it's no longer available. How can I avoid this next time?
If you have your eye on a particular Oud oil and are saving for it, email Thomas at tkruger@oriscent.com and we'll make sure we reserve your bottle for you. Oud oils can be reserved for up to 3 months.
- I've redeemed my free bottle of Oud and have 60 Swipes left over. Can I redeem them for credit/money?
No. Ensar Oud's Free Swipes™ have been created solely for saving.
- Can I transfer some of my Swipes to a friend?
No. Free Swipes™ are non-transferable. They have been created to enable you to make savings, although you can apply them towards a gift for your friend.
- Will my Free Swipes™ expire?
Definitely not, we want to give our valued customers time to enjoy their savings.
- Can I use my Free Swipes™ to cover shipping charges?
No. Free Swipes™ can only be used against a FREE bottle of Oud.
- Can I only earn Free Swipes™ by buying Oud?
No. There will be exciting opportunities to earn Free Swipes™ each time you help us improve our website and services, submit product reviews and testimonials.
- Will I still receive Free Swipes™ on an Oud that is on sale?
Yes. You will receive Free Swipes™ according to the sale price.
